1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of course enrollment.
- Only students who have completed less than 20% of the course content are eligible for a refund.
- Refunds apply only to courses purchased directly through our official website.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
- No refunds will be issued after the refund eligibility period expires.
- Courses purchased during promotions or discounts are non-refundable.
- Refunds are not applicable for one-on-one sessions, workshops, or customized training programs.
- If a student violates our Terms and Services, they will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Refund Process

- Our team will review your request and process it within 7-10 business days if eligible.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
4. Course Cancellations by CodeandCraft
- If CodeandCraft cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, students will receive a full refund or can opt for an alternative course.

- Continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
